A small, senior IT team in Warsaw. We keep the client list short on purpose, so the people who scoped your project are the people who build it.
Who we are
SENIOR PEOPLE, SHORT CHAIN
Alilab Technology was founded to solve a specific frustration: companies paying agency prices and receiving junior work. We run without account managers. You speak to the engineer, the engineer speaks to you, and the invoice matches the estimate.
Our work sits in three places — the website your customers see, the integrations your staff rely on, and the infrastructure underneath both. We are comfortable inheriting somebody else's codebase, and we document what we find before we touch it.
Registered and operating from Warsaw, we serve clients across Poland, Germany, the Nordics and the UK, in English and Polish.
Principles
- Write it down. Scope, credentials, decisions — all in a shared document, not in someone's memory.
- Own the deadline. If a date is going to slip, you hear it from us first, with a new plan attached.
- No lock-in. Your repositories, your cloud accounts, your domains. We work inside them, we do not hold them.
- Measure before rebuilding. A rewrite is the most expensive answer, and rarely the right one.
- Leave it maintainable. Readable code and a handover document, whether or not you stay with us.
